Assam Combined Competitive Examination (ACCE) Admit Cards 2023. The Assam Combined Competitive Examination (ACCE) is a state-level examination held by the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) for the recruitment of various civil services and administrative positions in the state of Assam. The Preliminary Exam is a screening test comprised of two papers, General Studies and Optional Subject.
