Eligibility Criteria for WBPDCL Recruitment Notification

Educational Qualification:

Note:
Candidates must complete their academic qualification only in between the years of 2019 to 2021.
Candidates who have undergone apprenticeship and who are having more than one year of experience are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit for WBPDCL Recruitment 2022:
Candidates age should be in between 18 to 24 years. Age is relaxable for reserved category candidates.
Pay Scale for WBPDCL Notification 2022
Selected candidates will get stipend in the range of Rs. 8,000/- PM For Technician Apprentices, Rs. 9,000/- PM for Graduate Apprentices by the recruiting organization.
Selection Criteria for WBPDCL Notification 2022
Candidates shall be called for Personal Interview (PI) based on percentage of marks achieved in Degree/ Diploma Engineering @ 1:5 ratio taking into consideration the respective reservation norms.
The selected candidates will be required to sign Contracts of Apprenticeship Training with WBPDCL through online mode for a period of one year of training as per provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 and rules framed there under.
After completion of such apprenticeship training / stipulated period, the Apprenticeship Contract shall automatically cease. There shall be No obligation on part of WBPDCL to offer any employment thereafter.
