Telangana State GO 83 Armed Forces Flag Day Fund Contribution Enhancement of the deduction from Rs.20/- to Rs.100/- per head from the Non-Gazetted Employees and from Rs.50/- to Rs.200/- from the Gazetted Officers every year from their salary of December payable in January effective from December, 2015, GO Ms No.83 Contribution by the State Government Employees towards Flag Day Fund to be utilized on Welfare Schemes of Ex-servicemen. The complete GO 83 Enhancement of Armed Forces Flag Day Fund Contribution is as follows.

As per the Director, Sainik Welfare, TS, Hyderabad, Letter.No.2131/FD- 2015/B, dated: 04-12-2015, TS, Hyderabad has informed that as per the minutes of meeting with representatives of all employees and teachers association of Telangana State held on dated 04th Dec 2015, the representatives of all employees and teachers associations have unanimously agreed to enhance the contribution from Rs.20/- to Rs 100/- per head from the salaries of NGOs and Rs.50/- to Rs.200/- per head per annum from Gazetted Officers from the salary of each employee as their contribution towards Flag Day Fund to be utilized on Welfare Schemes of Ex-servicemen.
In pursuance of G.O.Ms.No.601, Home (Genl.B) Dept., dt.11.12.1992 and G.O.Ms.No.299, Home (Genl.C) Dept., dt.18.12.2007 and in the circumstances reported by the Director Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad in the reference 3rd read above Government after careful examination of the matter hereby enhance the deduction from Rs.20/- to Rs.100/- per head from the Non-Gazetted Employees and from Rs.50/- to Rs.200/- per head from the Gazetted Officers of State Government employees every year from their salary of December payable in January, effective from December, 2015 as their contribution, towards Flag Day Fund to be utilized on Welfare Schemes of Exservicemen.
All the Heads of Department and all Heads of Officers, Drawing and Disbursing Officers are requested to recover the above said amounts and remit the same to the Director Sainik Welfare, TS, Hyderabad through a Demand Draft.
The Director, Sainik Welfare, Telangana State, Hyderabad shall take further action accordingly.
