Step-by-Step Procedure for TS EAMCET Counseling in 2023

1st Step – Payment of TS EAMCET Counselling Fees: As the first step toward participating in TS EAMCET counselling 2023, students must pay counselling registration fees. Fees can be paid online using a credit/debit card or internet banking from any nationalized bank. Students from the unreserved category must pay Rs.1200, while candidates from the reserved category must pay Rs.600. The following is the procedure for paying TS EAMCET counselling fees.

• Navigate the official website of TS EAMCET Counselling  TSeamcet.nic.in

• Click on that  “Processing Fee Payment”  link.

• Enter TS EAMCET 2023 hall ticket number and Rank.

• Click on That “Pay Fee” link.

• Select the Mode of the payment.

• Then, Enter the Required Credentials for credit Card/debit card or Net banking.

• Click on “Make Payment” Button to Pay the Fees.

Students will receive an SMS with their payment reference number and a message confirming successful fee payment. At this stage, students must also choose a date for document verification.

2nd Step – Certificate Verification: Students must submit to the TS EAMCET help centers for document verification on the date and time specified. Students visiting the help centers must bring all educational qualification documents, category (if claiming reservation), other relevant documents, TS EAMCET hall ticket, and fee payment receipt. After successful document verification, candidates will be issued a receipt, after which they can proceed with registration and web options.

TS EAMCET 2023 counselling: Documents required

The following Documents are Required for TS EAMCET counselling  For Second Phase 2023:

• Qualifying Examination latest 2nd year hall Ticket number/10+2.

• Personal Email ID.

•  individual Mobile number

• TS EAMCET 2023 Rank Card.
• TS EAMCET 2023 Hall Ticket.

• Hall Ticket Number of S.S.C. or Equivalent

• Date of Birth

• Caste in case of SC/ST/BC candidates (Caste Certificate Application number for SC/ST only)

• PH, NCC, Sports, EWS etc.

• Income below 1 lakh or 1 lakh and above-Below 2 Lakhs or 2 Lakhs and above (Rupees)

• Study or Residence or Relevant Certificate for proof of local status (last 12 years).

Step 3: Filling Out Choices: In the third step, candidates must fill out their list of colleges and courses in the order of their preference. Candidates must select from the options presented in the order of their preferred courses and colleges. Candidates should keep in mind that the order of preference should be from highest to lowest, and they should select as many options as they want. Following selection, candidates will be required to print a copy of the options they have chosen for future reference.

Step 4: Seat Allotment: TSCHE will conduct TS EAMCET seat allotment 2023 online based on candidates’ choices, merit, category, local area, special reservation category, and other factors. Candidates will be notified of the status of their allotment via SMS to their registered mobile number, and it will also be available online. Candidates must enter their ROC form number, TS EAMCET hall ticket number, password, and date of birth to access the allotment order. Enter the ROC Form Number, TSEAMCET Hall Ticket number, password, and date of birth in the candidate login box to download the candidate’s provisional allotment order.

Step 5: Payment of Tuition Fees and Self Reporting: Candidates will have to pay the tuition fee as mentioned in the provisional allotment order through online mode (credit card/ debit card/ net banking) and take admission number to confirm the provisionally allotted seat.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to TS EAMCET 2023

• Candidates must be Indian citizens.
• The Candidate must be a Resident of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh, as defined in G.O.(P).No. 646, Education Dept., dated 10-07-1979, and any subsequent Amendments.
• For Graduate Professional Courses in Engineering (including Technology) and Pharmacy, the candidate Must be at least 16 years old as of D. Regarding the December 31, 2023 Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy) Course, the Candidate Must be 17 years old as of December 31, 2023.
• Simply Taking TSEAMCET-2023 and obtaining a Rank Does Not Automatically Qualify a Candidate for Admission Unless the Candidate Meets the Admissions Requirements.
