AP SSC Exam Guidelines for Chief Superintendent & Departmental Officer (CS & DO) Invigilators Instructions SSC Public Examinations March 2026

AP SSC Exam Guidelines 2026 have been issued for Chief Superintendents and Departmental Officers to ensure the smooth, fair, and peaceful conduct of the AP 10th Class Public Examinations 2026. These instructions are applicable to both Chief Superintendents and Departmental Officers, as both are jointly responsible for strictly implementing the examination rules and procedures. The guidelines focus on effective examination management, proper supervision, security of question papers, and maintaining discipline to conduct the SSC Public Examinations in an orderly and transparent manner.

In addition to the general guidelines, special instructions have been given to Departmental Officers to concentrate on important operational activities and give special attention to critical examination-related duties. The AP SSC Public Examinations 2026, scheduled to be held from 16 March to 01 April 2026, must be conducted successfully and without disturbances at all examination centres. All officers are requested to carefully follow the issued instructions and preserve them as an official reference for future SSC examinations and administrative guidance.

1. Part- I deals with General Instructions for all the above examinations.
2. Part- II deals with instructions to be followed under the Bar Coding System for All subjects.

Further, the Instructions Given to the Chief Superintendents are Good For the Departmental Officers also as Both of them Have to Be Responsible for carrying out the instructions scrupulously and conducting examinations smoothly and peacefully. In addition to these instructions, some special instructions are given to
the Departmental Officers to concentrate on Certain Important Activities and Bestow Their Personal Attention.

I therefore Request you to follow the guidelines and instructions issued and ensure that the SSC Public Examinations, March 2026 are conducted successfully and peacefully in your centre. I further inform you to preserve the above instructions as an office copy for further examinations also and for your guidance.

1. Copy of the Time-Table, SSC Exams, March – 2026.
2. Instructions issued to Chief Superintendents / Departmental Officers /
Invigilators

  • Copy to all R.J.D.S.Es /D.E.Os/A.C.G.Es in the State for information and necessary action
    Copy to all the State Level Observers in the State.
  • Copy submitted to the Commissioner of School Education, Anjaneya Towers, Ibrahimpatnam, Vijayawada, A.P. for favour of kind information.
  • Copy submitted to the Special Chief Secretary to Government, School Education Department for favour of kind information.

Chief Superintendents, Departmental Officers, Invigilators, and other staff on Examination Duty Instructions

  • The Chief Superintendent (CS) & Departmental Officer (DO) shall reach the Storage Point (Treasury Offices/ Police Stations) to take charge of the Confidential Examination Material in advance to ensure that the material reaches the examination centre on
  • Preferably, the CS/DOs and the Custodians of the C-Category Centres shall reach the storage points in the following timings: A-Category Centre: 8:00 to 8:30 AM, B-Category Centre: 7:30 to 8:30 AM, C-Category Centre: 7:15 to 8:30 AM.
  • The Confidential Examination Material shall not be tampered with.
  • Extreme caution and vigil shall be maintained during transportation and in the examination centre.
  • All The Invigilators Shall Report To The Examination Centre Before 08:30 AM.
  • The CS, DO and the invigilators shall ensure that the question papers are not transported outside the Examination Hall by the Candidates by Any Means Before 12:45 PM to Avoid any leakage.
