JEE Counselling Process 2024 – JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) is the Responsible Authority for JEE Advanced 2024 Counselling and Seat Allotment. The Registration for JEE Advanced 2024 counselling and seat Allocation will be Done online. Following that, Qualified Aspirants will be Able to Participate in the Registration process and Select Their preferred Courses and Colleges. Before Registering, Applicants Should Review the Eligibility Requirements. JEE Advanced Counselling and Seat Allotment 2024 will Take place in Seven Rounds, Beginning in 2024. JEE 2024 Counselling Eligibility Criteria

  1. Students must obtain a Qualified Rank in order to participate in the JEE Advanced 2024 Counselling.
  2. Students Must Achieve at least 75% in their class 12th or Equivalent Exam. Applicants from the SC/ST and PwD categories Must have a Minimum of 65% in their 12th grade.
  3. Students should finish in the top 20% of their Respective categories in the 12th grade exam.
  4. If Educational institutions only provide Grades on a Mark sheet. As a Result, Candidates Must provide a letter from the Board in order for the Aggregate Marks to be Calculated. Otherwise, Such Decisions will be Made by the JEE Advanced 2024 Joint Implementation Committee.

JEE Advanced 2024 Seat Allocation Procedure

The detailed JEE Advanced 2024 Counselling process will Assist Students from the start to the end of the JEE Advanced Counselling process. As a Result, the Following is the Step-by-Step counselling process for JEE Advanced 2024:

Step 1: Register for JoSAA 2024 Counseling.

The registration process for JEE Advanced 2024 counselling and seat allotment will begin online at josaa.nic.in. Applicants must use their JEE Main 2024 Roll number and JEE Advanced 2024 password to register, and they must do so through the official website. After logging in, their previously entered information will be displayed, which must be reviewed and confirmed.

Step 2 – Selective Filling and Locking

Once applicants have successfully registered for JEE Advanced 2024 counselling, they must proceed to fill out the options in the provided space. Before submitting the application, the applicant may change their mind. During the online choice locking process, Students will have the opportunity to select 50 options.

Step 3 – Seat Allocation

Applicants will be able to view the mock allotment to determine their likely allotment based on the choices they submit. If they want to make changes, the candidates will allow them to do so for a limited time.

JoSAA assigns seats based on the following criteria:

  • Selection from the Merit List
  • Candidate classification
  • Seating availability
Step 4: Reporting at the Centers

Finally, selected applicants must pay the seat acceptance fee and report to their respective reporting centres with required original documents and 2-3 Attested photocopy sets of each document. The seat acceptance fee is listed below for all categories.

JEE Advanced Rank List 2024

Applicants will be Able to view the JEE Advanced 2024 Rank list online. Along with the Results, the rank list will be Published, and Students will be Able to Check Their Qualification and Eligibility to Participate in the Counselling process. Students whose Names Appear on the Rank list will be Able to Register for the Counselling session. Applicants Must Enter Their JEE Advanced 2024 Application Number and Date of Birth to view the Rank list 2023.
