Request transfers మాత్రమే. 2 సంవత్సరాలు సర్వీస్ వున్న వారు బదిలీ కు అర్హులే… 5,8 సంవత్సరాలు H.M సర్వీస్ పూర్తి చేసుకున్న వారు ఖచ్చితంగా బదిలీ అనే నిబంధన తొలగింపు. జిల్లాలో అన్ని మున్సిపాలిటీలు మొత్తం ఒక యూనిట్ గా బదిలీలు…అదేవిధముగా కార్పోరేషన్ లు ఓక యూనిట్ గా( సర్వీసు రూల్స్ ఆధారం గా) 0.5 years కు ఒక సర్వీస్ పాయింట్. కౌన్సెలింగ్ టైం లో arise అయిన vacancies ఆధారంగా బదిలీ. Compulsory transfer లేదు. బదిలీ కోరుకున్న వారు వారికి నచ్చిన స్థానాలకు వెళ్లే అవకాశం.
