Eligibility Criteria for TSLPRB Recruitment 2022
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must complete Intermediate from a recognized board.
Qualification should be reckoned as on 01-07-2022
Provided that, Intermediate Pass Certificate cum Memorandum of Marks or any equivalent pass Certificate which proves the qualification shall be made available by the Candidate at the time of certificate verification to prove his / her qualification on or before 1 st July 2022.
If any Candidate fails to produce the required pass certificate as above on the designated day, then it shall be deemed that he / she does not possess required qualification and such candidature shall not be taken forward
Candidates should have all the physical standards mentioned by the Government of Telangana State to select as constable
Age Limit:
Candidates age must be in between 18 to 22 years. Age is relaxable for reserved category candidates. Age should be reckoned as on 01-07-2022
Salary:
Selected candidates will get pay on an average of about Rs. 24,280 – 72,850/- by the recruiting organization
Selection Procedure:
Candidates to the posts of Prohibition & Excise Constables has been selected based on their performance in the Preliminary Written test, Physical test and a final written test
Important points regarding Selection test:
All the candidates who had applied for Constables must attend for Preliminary Written test as shortlisting process
Shortlisted candidates will be informed through registered e-mail or through phone number
All the candidates should provide proper and valid e-mail id at the time of registration
Candidates will receive hall tickets before the examination
Shortlisted candidates in the preliminary test will be called for physical test
Final Selection is made on the basis of all the selection tests.
Preliminary Written Test (PWT): All the eligible registered Candidates shall be required to appear for the Preliminary Written Test in one paper (three hours duration) for 200 marks (200 Questions). Hall Ticket will be issued Online for this purpose
Candidates who qualify in the above Preliminary Written Test, shall be required to undergo the following tests and qualify as specified below:
i) 1600 meters / 800 meters Run Event: Men Candidates must qualify in the 1600 meters Run within a maximum time of 7 Minutes 15 Seconds. For Ex-Servicemen, the maximum time is 9 Minutes 30 Seconds. Women Candidates must qualify in 800 meters Run within a maximum time of 5 Minutes 20 Seconds.
While conducting the 1600 meters and 800 meters Run events where RFID based readings is taken the competitors perform totally independent of each other. Consequently, starting-time, finishing-time and duration are automatically recorded individually for each competitor. Nevertheless, wherever required, only curved-start (not staggered-start) method wherein the competitors can change lanes immediately after the start will be adopted. All Rc No. 48 / Rect. / Admn-1 / 2022 dated 28th April 2022 Page 16 of 29 digitally recorded readings shall be rounded mathematically to 2 decimal places to determine qualification / disqualification and also gradation
Physical Measurements:
Candidates, who qualify in the above Run event, should meet the following requirements:
Men: Height: Must not be less than 167.6 Centimeters
Women: Height: Must not be less than 152.5 Centimeters
Final written test:
Candidates who qualify in the above Physical Efficiency Test shall be required to appear for the Final Written Examination for 1(one) paper of 3 (three) hours duration for 200 marks (200 questions).
