Exam Pattern of Entrance Test (The Division of Marks and eligibility criteria)
The Question Paper of DEECET 2023 consists 100 marks with objective questions. The test paper shall be of objective type in three Parts as shown below with 100 questions and with each question carrying 1 Mark.

TS DEECET Details:
a. Online TS DEECET: TSDEECET 2023 shall be conducted ‘ONLINE’, as per the medium opted by the candidate, in multiple sessions on the dates to be notified shortly.
b. In case of candidates opting for English Medium, the Part II (b) of the Question Paper shall be either Telugu or Urdu as opted by the candidate in the online application.
c. Syllabus: The subject and syllabus of the Part III of the test shall be of the standard of Class X
d. The Question paper Medium shall be the same as the Medium of D.EI.Ed. opted for and for the D.P.S.E. course only English Medium opted students are eligible.
e. The candidates who obtain qualifying marks as given at 5 (C) above shall only be assigned ranks as per order of merit. In case of SC and ST all the candidates shall be assigned rank as per the order of merit.
f. TSDEECET 2019 is conducted ‘ONLINE’. Hence, requests for re-access, re-totaling and re-valuation of the question paper will not be entertained.
g. Instructions regarding modalities of online exam and Model Question Paper for practice by the candidates shall be made available on the website http://deecet.cdse.telangana.gov.in.
TS DEECET 2023 Eligibility:
1. The candidate should have passed or appeared for the Intermediate Examination or its equivalent.
2. The candidates should have secured 50% of marks in aggregate in the Qualifying Examination for appearing at the DEECET.
Age limit :
Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 1st September of the year of admission. There shall be no upper age limit for admission into D.El.Ed Programme.

Exam Pattern for the TS DEECET 2023
For the Applicants Convenience, the following Important information about the Entrance Exam is provided:
Exam Mode: The entrance exam will be held in an online format (computer-based test). Number of Questions: In the entrance exam, applicants must answer approximately 100 questions. In the entrance exam, official authorities will ask objective type questions. Exam Duration: Applicants will have two hours and thirty minutes to complete the entire entrance exam paper. Marking scheme: Each correct answer will be worth one point. Negative Marking: The entrance exam does not allow for negative marking. Exam Language: The entrance exam question paper will be published in Telugu, Urdu, and English. Number of Marks: The entrance exam question paper will be worth 100 points.
