Appointment of Junior Lecturers through outsource Agencies in 71 Upgrades Schools for the year 2022-23
Academic Qualifications:
a) A Post graduate Degree (M.A/M.SUM.Com) or its equivalent in the relevant subject from an institution recognized by the UGC with not less than 50% marks in aggregate or its equivalent.
b) B.Ed. or equivalent degree from an institution recognized by the NCTE with the Teaching Methodology in the concerned subject.
c) Experience: Teaching Experience for not less than 3 years in handling classes XI to XII / Intermediate in any recognized Senior Secondary School/Junior College.
AGE: 18 to 44 years.
Remuneration (Salary):
Rs. 27,000/- per month. ( As per G.0 M.S No. 27 School Education (Training) Department , dated 6-7-2016)
Selection Procedure:
I. The District Level Committee (DMWO, DLC, VO) shall invite for application through Outsource agency.
II. Outsource agencies will check the Original certificates and give undertaking regarding the qualifications of the candidates.
III. In Girls colleges only women lecturers will be appointed.
IV. Scrutiny of applications will be done by the District level committee
V. Only eligible candidates will be allowed for written test.
VI. Written test will be conducted at Erstwhile District Head Quarters
VII. As per the written test marks candidates will be called for interview in Head Office in 1:2 ratio. VIII. The final selected list will be sent to District level committee.
IX. The District level committee in turn communicate the list to the respective outsource agency.
X. The outsource agency will issue appointment orders and communicate the same to the respective Principal with a copy to the DMWO and DLC.
Schedule (Important Dates):
1. Date for calling of Application : 1st March, 2020.
2. Last date for receipt of Application: 31st March, 2020.
3. Scrutiny and finalization of eligible list : 1st April to 15th April, 2020.
4. Conducting of Exam: 19th April, 2020.
5. Declaration of Result: 30th April, 2020.
6. Conducting of Interviews: 5th May to 20th May, 2020.
7. Declaration of Selection List: 25th May, 2020
8. Orientation Programme to JLs : 28th to 30th May, 2020.
