3. Recommendations of the Group of Ministers on Welfare under the chairmanship of the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister (Education).
O R D E R:-
In the G.O. 1st read above, the erstwhile Government of Andhra Pradesh have issued comprehensive guidelines for implementation of Self Employment Schemes in all the Welfare Departments for 2013 -2014.
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, orders were issued revising the guidelines for implementation of various Self Employment Schemes being implemented by the Minorities Welfare Department.
3. In the reference 3rd read above, the group of Ministers on Welfare with Ministers (Finance, BC Welfare and Tribal Welfare) under the Chairmanship of Deputy Chief Minister (Education) Telangana State have made the recommendations in regard to Self Employment Schemes being implemented by Minorities Welfare Department as follows:

Government after careful examination of the matter hereby order that the guidelines issued in the reference 2nd read above, shall be followed 2015-2016 onwards also for implementation of Self Employment / Economic Support Scheme being implemented by Minorities Welfare Department subject to the following modification.
Unit cost Subsidy Upto Rs.1,00,000/- 80%
Unit cost Rs.1,00,000 to Rs.2,00,000/- 70%
Unit Cost Rs.2,00,000/- to 10,00,000/- 60% or Limited to Rs.5.00 lakhs
5. The Managing Directors, Telangana State Minorities Finance Corporation Limited / Telangana State Christian Minorities Finance Corporation, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.III) Department vide their U.O.No.545/A1/EBS.III/2015, dated:22.12.2015.
