The attention of the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and Đistrict Educational Officers in the State are invited to the subject cited and informed that, it is brought to the notice of the Director of School Education that, in some schools the details of students’ caste and religion are mentioned and girl students names are being written in red ink in attendand gisters.

In this context, all the under mentioned officers are hereby reque to issue instructions to the filed level functionaries not to mention the student in attendance regis and maintain the attendance register in an uniform manner in the matter.
