Eligibility Criteria for STARC Recruitment Notification
Candidates who are willing to apply for the STARC Recruitment Notification should possess the below mentioned eligibility criteria.
Educational Qualification:
Interested candidates those want to apply for STARC Notification should have completed the below mentioned qualification from a recognized board/ Institute.
Diploma Apprentices:
Candidates should complete full-time Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from recognized University/ Institute.
Note:
Candidates must complete their academic qualification only in between the years of 2019 to 2021.
Candidates who have undergone apprenticeship and who are having more than one year of experience are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit for STARC Recruitment 2022:

Pay Scale for STARC Notification 2022
Selected candidates will get stipend in the range of Rs. 8,000/- PM For Technician Apprentices by the recruiting organization.
Selection Criteria for STARC Notification 2022

For students who are new to the portal must enrol their name as Apprentice
An unique registration number for enrollment is obtained.
Click on login button with the help of user id.
Fill all the details and upload the resume copy for applying to apprentice posts
Click on Establishment Name, i.e. STAC
Check for the online application form in the website
Click on the respective post you want to apply.
Duly fill all the particulars in the online application form at appropriate places.
Submit the application form after checking all the details in the online application form
Take a print out copy of application form and keep it for future reference.
About STARC:-
SITAR society was formed with an objective of design and development of strategic and security systems required mainly for DRDO. The Society has two production units – Semiconductor Technology & Applied Research Centre (STARC) at Bangaloreand Gallium Arsenide Enabling Technology Centre (GAETEC) at Hyderabad.
STARC is a 1 micron digital CMOS, DLM and MIL qualified fab with capability to process 150 mm wafers. MEMS Fabrication Facility also was established in 2012 and MEMS Packaging & Testing Facility have been added in 2017.
GAETEC has absorbed process technology developed at SSPL and has been producing MMICs with 0.7-micron gate length MESFETs (G7a) and 0.5micron gate length MESFETs (G5A) in GaAs Fab.
