Eligibility Criteria for SECR Recruitment 2022
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must complete 10th Class with ITI in the relevant trade from a recognized Board/ Institute.

Age Limit:
Candidates age must be in between 15 to 24 years. Age is reckoned as on 01-05-2022. Age is relaxable for reserved category candidates.
Salary:
Selected candidates will get pay according to the Government of India Apprenticeship norms.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates to the posts of Apprentices is completely based on their performance in the qualifying examination. Shortlisting to certificates verification process will be done based on the academic merit. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through registered e-mail. In recognition to persistent public demands, a new Railway Zone, with its Headquarters at Bilaspur, was inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee on 20th Sep’ 1998 and dedicated to the nation on 1 April 2003.
The South East Central Railway (abbreviated SECR) is one of the eighteen Railway Zones in India. The Zone Office is headquartered at Bilaspur and comprises the Bilaspur, Nagpur and Raipur Division.
This Zone was formerly part of the South Eastern Railway. It was inaugurated on 20 September 1998 and dedicated to the nation on 1 April 2003.
