AP 277 Sanction of Special Casual leave to the employees who have shifted their families to the new Capital region and working in Hyderabad on Saturdays – Orders – Issued. Five-day week for one year and fixed working hours to the Offices of Secretariat, Heads of Department, Corporations and other Government organizations which are moving out from Hyderabad to the interim Government Complex at Velagapudi and in and around Amaravathi. ORDER:
1. In the G.O. 1st read above, Orders were issued to introduce Five-day week for one year and fixed working hours to the Offices of Secretariat, Heads of Department, Corporations and other Government organizations which are moving out from Hyderabad to the interim Government Complex at Velagapudi and in and around Amaravathi and in the reference 2nd read above, issued orders that Five-day week come into force w.e.f. 27.06.2016.
2. Further, after careful examination of the request of Employee Associations to implement Five-day week to the employees who have shifted their families to the new capital region and working in Hyderabad, Government hereby decided to permit the Heads of Departments to sanction Special Casual Leave on every Saturday to those employees who have shifted their families to the new Capital region but are working in Hyderabad, subject to production of necessary and sufficient evidences that their family shifted such as school / college admission particulars of their wards / rental agreement of building owners.
Further, grant of Special Casual leave on Saturday is subject to exigency of work.
