Documents Required for PJTSAU Counselling 2023
E- Admit Card Application No. and ICAR -Entrance Marks / Rank 10th and 12th class Mark Sheet (all years) Obtained at the Qualifying (B.Sc. level) Examination or Transcript.
The competent authority issues Social Status Certificates to candidates who belong to the BC/SC/ST categories.
Certificate of Achievement at the B.Sc. level in Cultural / Literary activities at the National / State / University level NCC / NSS / Sports / Games /, if applicable.
If Required, a Physically Disabled Certificate and a Residential Certificate (the most recent certificate issued by the Telangana Government).
Date of Birth Certificate ID proof, Aadhaar Card, Passport, Ration card, Bank Passbook, or any other valid government identity proof.
All Necessary Certificates Must be Submitted at the Time of Admission.
At the time of counselling, the following original certificates must be produced:
Application Form Online.
SSC Memorandum of Marks or Equivalent Examination Certificate demonstrating proof of date of birth.
The applicant’s pass certificate and Memorandum of Marks from the qualifying examination (Intermediate (10+2) or its Equivalent Examination).
Rank Card for the Telangana State EAMCET-2023.
Genuine / Study Certificate from the sixth to the twelfth grades.
Certificate of Non-Municipal Area Study (ANNEXURE-I) (At least four years of study prior to the qualifying examination), if applicable.
Agricultural Land Holding Certificate (ANNEXURE-II), if applicable (at least one acre farm land).
In the case of applicants from Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes, and Scheduled Tribes, a certified copy of the Social Status (Caste) Certificate issued by the Competent Authority from Telangana State.
In the case of EWS applicants, a certified copy of the EWS Certificate issued by the Competent Authority for the year 2023-24.
