Eligibility Criteria for GMRC Limited Recruitment 2022
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in BA/ B.Com/ BBA/ BCA/ B.Sc-(IT)/ from a Govt Recognized University / Institute and
Candidate should have Stenography/ Typewriting certificate (English / Gujarati) & Good knowledge of Office Microsoft.
Location of the Job: GMRCL Offices (Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad & Surat)
Age Limit:
Candidates age must be in between 18 to 25 years on 31-05-2022. That is, the Date of Birth of the Candidate/Applicant should between 01.06.1997 and 31.05.2004.
Concession & Relaxation: (Upper age is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates for the trades reserved for them). Age is relaxable for reserved category candidates.
Salary:
Stipend will be paid to the candidates according to the following rules by the recruiting organization.
The apprentices are eligible for monthly stipend as per Apprentices Act, during their period of engagement as follows:
Apprentice will get stipend of Rs. 12,000/- per month during 1st Year and may be further enhanced based on performance from second & third year on standard terms & conditions of the Organization
The trainee is not eligible for any TA-DA/Boarding or Lodging expenses incurred during the period of
training. GMRC will not provide any financial assistance towards transportation
Selection Procedure:
Candidates to the posts of Assistant/ Back Office has been selected based on their performance in the Stenography Test followed by an interview.
Important points regarding Screening Test/ Written test:
All the candidates who had applied for Assistant must attend for screening test/ Skill test as shortlisting process
Call letters for interview with stenography / typing skill test will be issued to shortlisted applicants indicating Time, Date and Venue of the Interview.
Eligible candidates shall have to undergo a stenography/ typing skill test dictation speed of 80 wpm; followed by personal interview and final selection will be done based on merit and reservation rules.
The candidature of the applicant would be provisional and subject to subsequent verification of
certificates. In case it is detected at any stage of engagement or thereafter, that a candidate does not
fulfil the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/doctored/false
information/certificate/documents or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will get cancelled
The list of documents and originals to be brought for verification shall be intimated to the selected
candidates.
On successful completion of document verification and the execution of Apprenticeship contract
agreement, letter of engagement shall be issued to the candidates.
Reservation of positions will be followed as per Government of Gujarat Policy, as applicable for the engagement of Apprentices under The Apprentices Act, 1961 as amended
If two or more candidates will secure same marks in the examination. Then their shortlisting will depends upon the seniority of date of birth of both the candidates.
