The attention of the Commissioner of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad is invited to the references cited. He is directed to implement the common orders of the Hon’ble High Court in W .P. No .350 / 19 and batch dt.0 2. 0 4 .2019, so as to avoid further legal complications in the matter an d also requested to furnish a compliance report to Government immediately.
