BANKERS INSTITUTE OF RURAL AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT Institution was inaugurated by late Dr.Y.S.Rajasekar Reddy, Honrble Chief Minister of Government of Andhra Pradesh on 09 October 2007. The institute, first of its kind in the country, is registered as a not for profit society under Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001(Regd. No. 1635/2007). The society is granted exemptions under section 80G and 12 A of the Income Tax Act, 1961.Andhra Pradesh Bankers Institute of Rural and Entrepreneurship Development has been set up jointly by Government of Andhra Pradesh, National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) and five leading Public Sector Banks working in the state viz. Andhra Bank, Canara Bank, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank and State Bank of Hyderabad.

BIRED announced the commencement of the fourth in-campus training programs for the year 2018-19 at our institute from 31.08.2018. We request you to kindly identify eligible men through your branches / offices (preferably rural) and sponsor them to our institute. The training programmes will be in-campus, 40 days duration residential in nature commencing from 31.08.2018 and will be completed by 10.10.2018

Aims and objectives of the institute

To identify, orient, motivate, train, encourage and assist the unemployed rural/urban youth to take up self employment as a career.
To promote rural / urban entrepreneurship and nurture entrepreneur talents.
To conduct research, experiments, technology transfer in agriculture and allied activities to farmers.
To take up capacity building to rural women and promote women empowerment.
To train rural level workers in various aspects of rural development.
To take up event management for sale of products developed by entrepreneurs, counseling and project consultancy.
To arrange for exhibitions of the products prepared by the trainees, for marketing.
To do other acts and carry on such other activities as are necessary and incidental for the effective implementation and due fulfillment of the objectives of the society as the Governing Body may decide from time to time.

General Guidelines

At present the institute is housed in old Home Science complex of AMR-APARD , at Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad (behind Directorate of Rice Research, in the lane opposite to ETC and Mandal Praja Parishad office, Rajendra Nagar).

The following facilities are presently available for conduct of in-house training programmes.
Four lecture halls sufficient to conduct training simultaneously for 100 trainees at a time.
One computer software teaching lab with 30 machines ( one system for each trainee).
One computer hardware lab with 12 desk tops and six laptops.
One mobile repair/servicing unit.
One Micro Irrigation demo hall.
One electrical lab.
Five hostels to accommodate 100 trainees at a time.
One visiting faculty residential quarter.
One administrative office.
One library.
One kitchen/dining hall/ store room.
We also conduct on-location programmes based on needs of the trainees

శిక్షణా కార్యక్రమ సమయంలో అభ్యర్థులు ఇన్ స్టిట్యుట్ హస్టల్ లోనే బస చేయవలెను.
శిక్షణార్థులకు ఉచిత భోజనం మరియు వసతి సౌకర్యం కలదు. ప్రతి అభ్యర్థికి శిక్షణ కాలంలో ఉపయోగించుకొనుటకు మంచము, పరుపు, దిండు, దుప్పట్లు సంస్థచే ఇవ్వబడును.
ఉచిత శిక్షణ ఇవ్వబడును.
శిక్షణ పూర్తి చేసిన అభ్యర్ధులకు మాత్రమే యోగ్యత పత్రము మరియు రాను, పోను చార్జీలు (ఎక్స్ ప్రెస్ బస్ / రైలు ) ఇవ్వబడును.
చదువు కొనసాగిస్తున్నవారు ఈ శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమానికి అర్హులు కారు.
అభ్యర్థులు శిక్షణకు వచ్చేటప్పుడు 45 రోజులకు సరిపడ తమ దుస్తులు, బ్రష్, పేస్ట్ మొ|| సొంత వస్తువులు తెచ్చుకొనవలెను.
వ్యక్తిగత వస్తువులను భద్రపరుచుకొనుటకు కావలసిన పెట్టె / బ్యాగు, తాళముతో సహా మీరే తెచ్చుకొనవలెను.
