The District Educational Officer, Kurnool in the reference read above has informed that before Up-gradation of the Upper Primary Schools into High Schools, the concerned Mandal Educational Officers have been drawing salaries to the teachers. After up gradation of UP Schools into High Schools, the HMs of adjacent High Schools under the same management was kept as Drawing and Disbursing Officer to draw the salaries of the upgraded Schools.
The DEO Kurnool stated that certain STOs raised the objection that there is no possibility of assigning DDO login to the other persons outside the school under CFMS. As such, the District Educational Officer Kurnool is hereby instructed to draw salaries to the teachers working in the Up-graded High schools through the Mandal Educational Officer concerned from their DDO codes (MEC, DDO Codes), until further orders.
All the other District Educational Officers in the L are also instructed to take action accordingly.
