AP SSC Remuneration Rates 2025. All the District Educational Officers in the state are hereby informed that, the Spot-Valuation of the SSC Public Examinations, March 2025 is scheduled to be conducted from 03.04.2025 to 09.04.2025 both days inclusive for 07 days continuously throughout the state in all the 26 spot valuation camps situated at district headquarters.

Revised Guidelines for Spot Valuation – Strict Implementation Instructions

To ensure accuracy, fairness, and transparency in the evaluation process, the following guidelines must be strictly followed during spot valuation:

1. Evaluation by Assistant Examiners

  • Each Assistant Examiner is permitted to evaluate a maximum of 40 answer scripts per day to maintain quality and accuracy in assessment.

2. Role of Special Assistants

  • Special Assistants must verify and count the marks for all answer scripts evaluated by the respective Assistant Examiners.

  • They should also ensure:

    • If the candidate has written extra answers, they must be identified.

    • If extra answers have been written, they should be checked to confirm whether they were evaluated.

    • In cases where extra answers are evaluated, only the highest-scoring answers should be considered for awarding marks.

3. Verification by Chief Examiner

  • The Chief Examiner must review at least 20 answer scripts per Assistant Examiner, leading to a total verification of 120 answer scripts daily.

4. Verification by Assistant Camp Officers

  • Each Assistant Camp Officer must verify a minimum of two answer scripts from each Assistant Examiner.

5. Responsibilities of the Deputy Camp Officer

  • The Deputy Camp Officer is responsible for verifying at least 45 evaluated answer scripts per day.

6. Responsibilities of the Camp Officer

  • The Camp Officer must verify a minimum of 20 answer scripts daily to ensure consistency and accuracy in the evaluation process.

7. Accuracy in Re-Counting and Re-Verification

  • Re-Counting Process:

    • Photostat copies of Answer scripts will be provided to candidates for transparency.

    • If any discrepancy is found in the re-counting process, Special Assistants will be held accountable.

  • Re-Verification Process:

    • If errors are found during re-verification, the responsibility will fall on the Assistant Examiners, Chief Examiner, and other involved personnel.

    • Strict disciplinary action will be taken against those responsible.

    • Penalties will be imposed as per the regulations outlined in Memo No. 5378/PE, SER.I//A2/2011, dated 22.03.2011.
