AP Academic Monitoring Mobile APP for School Inspections and Visits Rc 4/BC
The Department of School Education is planning to launch an Online Academic Monitoring System from the Academic Year 2019-20. Towards this end, a pilot run of the Online Academic Monitoring System is scheduled for the 8th of April 2019.
The officials listed below are requested to go visit any one GHS/ ZPHS/ MPUPS/ PS as per their convenience and conduct a visit using the AP Academic Monitoring System.
1. District Educational Officers
2. Project Officer (SSA)
3. Deputy District Educational Officer (DyEO)
4. Academic Monitoring Officer (SSA)
5. Assistant Academic Monitoring Officer (SSA)
5. DIET Principals
7. District Assessment Cell Members
8. Mandal Educational Officers [any two, to be nominated by DEO]
9. Complex Headmaster [any two, to be nominated by DEO]
Downloading the AP Academic Monitoring System mobile APP
In order to pilot the Academic Monitoring System, the District Officials mentioned above are directed to download the mobile application. AP Academic Monitoring System from Google Play Store
