Sankalpam Project for life Skill Training is Being implemented in 1300 High Schools (50 per district) in the State. It is a program that Empowers Adolescent Children Studying in Class 6th to 8th in Government Schools Through a Teacher-led, Activity-Based Like-Skill Training Programme. In order to Deliver this training in a Structured Manner, SCERT Faculty along with experts from Magic Bus have developed contextualized curriculum. Instructions To Magic Bus India Foundation District Facilitators and Regional Managers :
HM has decided to schedule core life skills session in all 1300 schools across the state on every Friday and any other day as per the timetable. AP School Sankalpam Project Guideline If Friday falls on a public holiday, the session will be delivered on the immediately following working day.
- A date wise timetable till 1st March, 2024 has been prepared and all 1300 schools have been informed through the proceedings and Magic Bus team resolve to visit the schools as per the time table and follow the date wise schedule for smooth implementation of the project
- Magic Bus DMs should only visit the school on Fridays and other designated days. The Magic Bus staff must follow correct protocol and respect when delivering any programme in schools. • All DFs must submit their visit reports to SCERT by the end of the day, and SCERT must follow PD/PET of schools where session delivery information are not posted in KOBO/Google Sheet generated by Magic Bus.
- If PETs/PDs/teachers voice any concerns about how the session will be delivered, the Magic Bus staff should assist and guide the teachers.
- Principals and DEOs, Nodal Officer & Director, SCERT accompanied by Dr. P. Hema Rani, Regional Managers of Magic Bus monitor the day-to-day operations of DMs and assist teachers in the event of any concerns. When conducting tasks at schools, RMs and DFs must exercise caution.
- Any HM/Teacher complaint against the behaviour of RMs/DFs will be regarded seriously, and strong action will be taken by the Commissioner of School Education, A.P.

Instructions to PETs/PDs/ Teachers:
It has been Determined to Hold Essential life Skills sessions @ All of the state’s 1300 Schools on a Single Day, Friday, and on other Days as Specified in the Table. If Friday is a public Holiday, the Session will be offered the following working day.
- The Magic Bus team must visit the schools in accordance with the date-based schedule, which has been produced for all 1300 schools through the processes and has been distributed to them through email. PETs/PDs/Teachers all contribute to the session’s success.
- After the session, a limited number of images (i.e. 1 or 2) documenting the major events of the session can be Shared in Their Groups.
- If an issue Arises During Session Delivery, the School Facilitators Should be Contacted, and if the DFs Detect a Problem, the Complaint Should be Quickly Communicated to the Head Master and Higher Authorities.
- Every child requires a life skill project (will) that can be accomplished positively.
- All HMs are Asked to Amend the session delivery date provided in the time table if necessary in order to complete the 20 sessions on or before March 1st, 2024.
