ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లోని 164 మోడల్ స్కూల్స్ 2024 విద్యా సంవత్సరమునకు 6 వ తరగతి లో విద్యార్ధులను లాటరీ ద్వారా చేర్చుకొనుటకై ఆన్ లైన్ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తులు కోరబడుతున్నాయి
Eligibility Criteria :
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లోని 164 మోడల్ స్కూల్స్ (ఆదర్శ పాఠశాలల)లో 2024 – 2025 విద్యా సంవత్సరమునకు ‘6’ వ తరగతి లో విద్యార్థులను చేర్చుకొనుటకై తేది. 21.04.2024 (ఆదివారము నాడు రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తముగా ప్రవేశ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించబడును. ఏ మండలములో ఆదర్శ పాఠశాలలు పనిచేయుచున్నవో ఆ పాఠశాలల యందే 21.04.2024 న ఉ. 10-00 గం.ల నుండి ఉ. 12-00 గం. ల వరకు ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష నిర్వహించబడును. ఈ ప్రవేశ పరీక్షకు ఆన్ లైన్ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తులు కోరబడుచున్నవి. ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష 5 వ తరగతి స్థాయిలో తెలుగు / ఇంగ్లీషు మీడియములో నిర్వహించబడును. ఈ పాఠశాలలు CBSE కి అనుబంధంగా ఉన్నాయి. ఈ ఆదర్శ పాఠశాలలో బోధనా మాధ్యమము ఆంగ్లములోనే ఉండును. ఈ పాఠశాలలో విద్యనభ్యసించుటకు ఎటువంటి ఫీజులు వసూలు చేయబడవు.
ప్రవేశ అర్హతలు:
1) వయస్సు: ఒ.సి, బి.సి. (OC,BC) కులాలకు చెందిన విద్యార్థులు 01-09-2012 – 31-08- 2014 మధ్య పుట్టి ఉండాలి. యస్.సి.,యస్.టి. (SC,ST) కులాలకు చెందిన విద్యార్థులు 01-09- 2010 – 31-08-2014 మధ్య పుట్టి ఉండాలి.
2) సంబంధిత జిల్లాలలో ప్రభుత్వ లేక ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలలలో నిరవధికంగా 2022-23 మరియు 2023-24 విద్యా సంవత్సరములు చదివి ఉండాలి. 2023-24 విద్యా సంవత్సరములో 5వ తరగతి చదువుతూ ప్రమోషన్ అర్హత పొంది ఉండాలి.
3) దరఖాస్తు చేయడానికి ముందుగా వివరాలతో కూడిన సమాచారపత్రము కొరకు www.cse.ap.gov.in or www.apms.ap.gov.in చూడగలరు.
దరఖాస్తు చేయు విధానము:
అభ్యర్థులు పై అర్హత పరిశీలించి సంతృప్తి చెందిన తర్వాత తేది. 01-03-2024 నుండి 31-03- 2024 వరకు net banking/ credit/debit card లను ఉపయోగించి Payment Gateway ద్వారా పరీక్ష రుసుము చెల్లించిన తరువాత వారికి ఒక జనరల్ నెంబరు కేటాయించబడును. ఆ జనరల్ నెంబరు ఆధారముగా ఏదేని ఇంటర్ నెట్ కేంద్రములో WWW.cse.ap.gov.in/apms.ap.gov.in (Online లో) దరఖాస్తు చేసుకొనవలయును.

Eligibility Admissions for AP Model School 2024 :
Model Schools in the State invites applications from the eligible students, those who were passed V class are eligible for applying for VI class into model schools for this academic year 2024. Students studying in Telugu / English Medium are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test.
Parental Income should not exceed Rupees One Lakh per annum.
The candidates can apply to any AP Model School of the district for which he / she belongs SC / ST students should have born between 01.09.2024 to 31.08.2024. So, students age should have between 10 to 14 years.
OC / BC / SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) should have born between 01.09.2009 to 31.08.2011 and students age should have between 10 to 12 years
The Entrance test will be of objective Type and Multiple choice Questions from Class 5th and the Question Paper have Four Parts.
Allocation of marks ( APMS Entrance Exam Patter) :
Part-I: Telugu – 25 marks
Part-II: Maths – 25 marks,
Part-III: EVS I and II-25 marks and
Part-IV: English -25 marks
Total Marks : 100 Marks.
The total marks for the test are 100 and duration of 2.00 hours (i.e) from 9.00 AM to 11.00 AM Four Parts in Question Paper.
Age limit for Admission in APMS :
SC / ST students should have born between 01.09.2024 to 31.08.2024 and OC / BC / SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) should have born between 01.09.2009 to 31.08.2022.
Admission Procedure for AP Model Schools :
Admission for classes VI to X shall be done as per Residential Schools guidelines. The candidates from the same Mandal where Model School is functioning, will be given preference. Admissions will be done on the basis of entrance test 6th Class Admissions.

Parents can be guaranteed that the government will take care of their children’s complete education up to the second year of intermediate school, “once the admission is taken in VI class.” 5. Leaflets outlining the benefits of attending Model Schools will be printed and given to the villages around the schools. 6. In conspicuous locations, such as the O/O Mandal Revenue Officer, Mandal Resource Centres in village secretariats, and other significant locations within the Mandal, banners or posters may be exhibited.
7. An awareness programme should be run at the school level in collaboration with parents, head teachers of elementary schools, and MEO. 8. For about a week, students may attend open-ended coaching sessions on how to effectively answer the admission exam in order to increase their confidence.
