ఏప్రిల్ 8న నిర్వహించనున్న AMS పైలెట్ సర్వే కు సంబంధించి సంబంధిత అధికారులందరూ ఈ క్రింది విషయములను గమనించగలరు.
How to Download Academic Monitoring System App
1) AMS ఆప్ ను ఈ క్రింది లింక్ నుండి డౌన్ లోడ్ చేసి కొగలరు – https://goo.gl/D7BuBf
2) యూజర్ నేమ్: ASM_SACM పాస్ వర్డ్: demo
3) ఈ యాప్ లో మొదటిసారి లాగిన్ అయినప్పుడు డేటా లోడ్ అగుటకురెండు నిమిషములు సమయము పడుతుంది. దయచేసి ఓపికతో వేచి ఉండండి.
4) AMS ఆప్ జియో ట్యాగింగ్ చేయబడినది కనుక కేవలం పాఠశాల ఆవరణలో మాత్రమే పనిచేస్తుంది.
5) ఈ AMS ఆప్ ఆఫ్ లైన్ లో కూడా పనిచేస్తుంది. సమాచారాన్ని నింపిన తర్వాత ఎప్పుడు ఇంటర్నెట్ కనక్షన్ లభిస్తుందో అప్పుడు సమాచారము మొత్తము ఆటోమేటిక్ గా అప్ లోడ్ అవుతుంది. మొబైల్ ఫోన్ ఇంటర్నెట్ కనెక్షన్ స్విచ్ ఆఫ్ చేసి ఈ ఫీచర్ ని ఒకసారి పరిశీలించు కోండి.

Academic Monitoring Dates ఏప్రిల్-8 :
11) అధికారులు పాఠశాలలను 8 వ తేదీఉదయం*9 గంటలనుండి మధ్యాహ్నం 1 గంట లోపు సందర్శించ వలసినదిగావలసినదిగా సూచించడమైనది.
12) జిల్లా మానిటరింగ్ అధికారులు సందర్శించవలసిన పాఠశాలల వివరములను,జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖ అధికారి గారు ఎంపిక చేసి క్రింది మెయిల్ కు పంపించ వలయును.
13) ఆరోజు మధ్యాహ్నం మూడు గంటల లోపు ఫీడ్ బ్యాక్ ఫారములు అప్ లోడ్ చేయవలయును
14) ఫీడ్ బ్యాక్ ఫారములు క్రింది లింకు నందు లభించును.

General Guidelines for Visits
1. When going to a school, kindly remember that the purpose of the visit is to help the school become better. Be supportive and highlight positives in the school, before giving any negative feedback to HM or Teacher.
2. Kindly do not disturb the regular school activities in any way. Let the HM and Teachers teach as per the time-table.
3. The order of the questions are such that you can start your visit by first going to the Headmaster’s room, and then moving to the library, the lab and then classrooms. For ease of filling the proforma, it is recommended that this order be followed.
4. Kindly read the guidelines for filling the proforma thoroughly before answering the questions.
5. When engaging in classroom observation, kindly go into the class before the start of the period.
6. Sit in a corner of the classroom when engaging in classroom observation. Quietly observe the class, and do not talk for any reason when inside the class.
7. After classroom observation is over, kindly wait till the teacher leaves the class before providing feedback to the teacher.
8. When engaging with anybody in the school, be it HM, teacher or students, be polite and respectful.
