The Indian Air Force has announced the AFCAT Exam Date 2024 in an official statement. To avoid missing important deadlines, all interested and eligible candidates should be aware of the AFCAT 2024 exam dates. The AFCAT 2 2024 exam is scheduled for September 2024, with the AFCAT 2 Admit Card 2024 expected to be published in the last week of August 2024.
The following are the educational qualification requirements for the AFCAT(2) 2024 Flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches.
AFCAT-2 Notification Educational Qualification:
To apply for the Flying Branch, candidates must have finished 12th grade with at least 50% in Physics and Mathematics.
Additionally, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60%.
To apply for the GD (Technical) Branch, candidates must have finished 12th grade with at least 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics.
They must also have a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) with at least 60% marks from an AICTE-accredited university.
For the GD (Non-Technical) Branch, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 60% from a UGC-recognized university.
Age Limit:
Flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branches One’s age must be between 20 and 24 years old as of July 1, 2025, which means he or she must have been born before July 2, 1999 and after July 1, 2005. Before applying for AFCAT 2/2024, Candidates Should properly Review the Notification Brochure to Ensure That they meet the Qualifying Requirements for their particular branches.
