The Central Board of Secondary Education will be conducting of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on 21-02- 2016 (Sunday) for a candidate to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for 6th class to 8th Class.

The candidates having the following minimum educational qualification are eligible for appearing in CTET

Minimum educational qualification for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII (Elementary Stage)
Exam Pattern of CTET 2016
The CTET examination will be of objective type Multiple Choice Question there will be no negative marking also.
CTET will be Two papers :
- (i) Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V
- (ii) Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII
Fees Details for CTET Exam 2016 :
Each Paper-I or Paper-II :
Rs.600/- (General/OBC)
Rs.300/- (SC/ST/Diff. )
Paper-I and Paper-II (Two Papers ):
Rs.1000/- (General/OBC)

- Final status of candidates check status & particulars of candidates whose fees received 30-12- 2015
- Period for On-line Corrections in Particulars (No correction will be allowed in any particulars after this date): 30-12-2015 to 04-01-2016
