Ref:- From Planning (VII) Department,U.O. Note No. PLGO1/11/2018-PLG-VII (3431),dated 23.12.2018.

1. In the reference cited the Planning Department have issued guidelines to conduct of 6th round of ‘Janmabhoomi -Maa Vooru‘ programme from 2nd to 11th January, 2019 in all Gram Panchayats/Municipal wards (GPs/Wards) throughout the State.

2. During the teleconference held on 6.1.2019, the Hon’ble C.M.has announced two days Special Casual leave on 17th & 18th January, 2019 for Government employees who participated in 6th round of ‘Janmabhoomi-Maa vooru’ Programme from 2nd to 11h Janauary, 2019 in view of the hard work done by them and non­ availment of the public holidays during the Janmabhoomi Programme.

3. Government hereby order to sanction of special casual leave on 17th & 18th January, 2019 to the State Government employees who have participated in the 6th round of ‘Janmabhoomi -Maa Vooru’ programme from 2nd to 11th January,2019 in Gram Panchayats/ Municipal wards (GPs/Wards) throughout the State.

4. All the Heads of Departments and the District Collectors concerned shall take necessary action accordingly.
